Explore Belly Dancing at The 50+ Show!
Learn the beautiful and feminine movements of belly dance and develop a strong foundation in this fun and exciting teach-in session with Confidence Coach Diane Davis-Bailey on Friday and Saturday, 11-12 November which will take place on the Dance floor at 13.00 to 13.45.
Why should one learn to belly dance? Belly dancing combines dance movement with the crafts of drama, exercise and self expression. Of course, the simplest benefit achieved is exercise. In today's world, we are all in search of an engaging physical practice that can keep us healthy.
There are also social and emotional benefits of bellydancing such as stress reduction. It can be a creative outlet that conditions, tones and allows a woman to relieve stress and depression by using the natural movements of her body. It can refresh, relax, and exhilarate her mind, body and soul.
"In my classes I am not looking for the best dancer. My job is to make you a better dancer than when you came in the door. I am asking you to join me on a journey of self discovery that will take you closer to releasing your glorious potential." - Diane Davis-Bailey.
If you are interested in joining one of Diane's classes prior to the show then please send an email to diane@dianedavisbailey.co.uk or visit her website: www.dianedavisbailey.co.uk
